    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for physical items.

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

    • Digital products, including eBooks and downloadable materials are non-refundable once purchased.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Personalized or custom orders.

    • Opened or used physical items, unless they are defective.

    3. Defective or Damaged Items

    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@drawntotattooing.com  within 7 days of delivery. Provide a description of the issue and photos of the damage to assist with your claim.

    • We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, if the item is confirmed to be defective.

    4. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, email us at info@drawntotattooing.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

    5. Refunds

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

    • Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
